    UMBC Call for ESOL Intern Supervisors

    The MA TESOL Program at the University of Maryland Baltimore County is inviting applicants for the part-time ESOL Internship Supervisor position. The supervisor is an important member of the internship team for each intern. As an official UMBC representative to the internship process, the Supervisor actively participates in the instructional experience of each intern while also coordinating the intern's experience with his/her mentor teachers. Those associated immediately with the internship include the supervisor, the mentor and the intern. The larger UMBC team includes the TESOL program director, the director of the Office of Field Experiences and Clinical Practice, the placement specialists, the internship seminar instructor, the Education Department's administrative leadership, and graduate assistants who provide administrative support.
