Membership is valid for one calendar year, 365 days, from the date of joining

Full-time student applicants must submit a letter on institutional letterhead or a document, such as an unofficial transcript, verifying current full-time enrollment. Volunteer* applicants must submit a letter on institutional letterhead verifying their employment. These documents can be uploaded in the application screen.

*A volunteer is defined as a person who teaches ESOL classes without monetary compensation.
